IDE: APTANA STUDIO
Aptana Studio is fork of eclipse packaged for RUBY developers and no limitation for PHP too. You are free to use extenstions of eclipse and explore.you may consider as perfect replacement for dreamweaver (sans wysiwyg editor). Integration with Source control, FTP remote connection are good
Quick Editor: Prefer to stick with NotePad++
Source Control Client: Source Tree
Since GIT overtaken svn , Its highly recommended to use a tool like SourceTree which works for both GITHUB and bitbucket etc. Source tree is matured git client comparing ‘Github for Desktop’
FTP:
Cyberduck looks promising and better alternative for Filezilla. Its available for all Operating systems

Project Management tool:
Celestic is good but no updates for past year. Alternatively you may try ManageYourTeam (MyT) an new project management tool Build with Yii framework the reason you can prefer , where you can do changes and add custom features needed.
If you dont prefer for customization just go for collabtive an clean project management tool. The best part of it is timesheet management
